Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tinually Training, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

At Tinually Training, we strive to provide high-quality training services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
For eligible services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content or materials. This cooling-off period applies where mandated by Indian consumer protection laws.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
• Service not provided as described
• Technical issues preventing access (if unresolved within 7 days)
• Duplicate payment or billing error
• Cancellation by Tinually Training
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after the 14-day period
• Completed courses or programs
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Failure to participate or complete coursework
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the percentage of course content accessed. Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis and are issued at our discretion.
By enrolling and accessing digital course materials, you provide express consent to immediate delivery of digital content. Once content is accessed, your right to a refund may be limited, except where required by law.
To request a refund:

2. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
3. Include proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID)
Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Services purchased during promotional offers or with discount codes may have modified refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our customer service team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
